We started with obtaining a very reasonable, negotiation-free purchase price (via Consumer Reports car buying service), followed by prompt and responsive answers to our questions from Marie Fleck of their service staff, then a quick (and again hassle-free) finalizing of our financing with business manager Niz Mushaba, and ending with a thorough introduction to the vehicle when we came to pick it up from Billy Boutilette, also of their sales staff. Despite our living 150 miles from Brattleboro Subaru, we'll definitely be going back there for future car purchases. Kudos to such a well-run car dealership. More

I stopped in to check out the 2014 model Forester. Billy was most helpful, and very knowledgeable about the car and all of it's new and improved features. I took the car for a short test drive (I was limit was most helpful, and very knowledgeable about the car and all of it's new and improved features. I have purchased two other Subarus from this dealership and Billy was my salesman for the last one.
