The Best Ever!!! I personally have served in the Armed Service for over 22 years and taught Customer Service to the troops. After that I served as Head of Customer Service for the Postal Service as an Engineer. I said all that not to brag on me, but to remind you of the type of person you have working in your Customer Service Department. Crystal Kush has given me, and I've noticed others, the best Customer Service I've seen in a long time. I had to and desired to give outstanding customer service to our customers. Crystal has always given me the best service any department can ever expect! She's one of a kind. Keep her in place or put her in charge of your Customer Service Training Department. Outstanding Job! Going to Scott Clark in no way resembles my past experiences of taking the car in to be serviced which I used to dread. This is more like a pleasurable experience that you almost look forward to. I've found him to be truly caring and concerned, and honest in explaining what items needed to be corrected now or could wait. More over each time I visit Scott Clark the level of service is better than the last visit, these people really work as a team, each looking after each other, and in turn looking after me and my car. Great Service Experience Every Time I purchased my Toyota Tacoma at Scott Clark's Toyota new in 2009 and have used their service department for all maintenance since then. I always conta I purchased my Toyota Tacoma at Scott Clark's Toyota new in 2009 and have used their service department for all maintenance since then. I always contact William "Billy" Carroll, in the service department. He arranges my appointments to best accommodate my schedule, keeps me updated on the upcoming maintenance items, always lets me know how long the appointment should take (and they almost always meet that estimate) and the expected cost of the service, has reminded me of any recall service needs, and he has consistently kept me informed ahead of time about any areas that the techs see during the service that may turn into a future issue WITHOUT pressuring me to have the matter fixed on the spot. Billy takes great care of me from the time I pull in the bay until I pick up my keys, and he does so in a most courteous and professional manner. I highly recommend Scott Clark's Toyota, and especially recommend that you see William "Billy" Carroll for all your service needs. More

trade in on a new tacoma traded my beloved 2009 Tacoma for a new Tacoma. Truck arrived with satellite radio but not Toyota factory satellite radio as expected.
