Billy took the time to LISTEN to our wants/needs and provide us with many options. Troy walked us threw our purchases as though we had never been there before given us details about our purchases. Great Experience with Sharp Honda We would recommend Sharp Honda very highly. They are very friendly, considerate, and easy to work with. This is not our first time to purchase a vehicle from them....that's why we come back to Sharp Honda. They will work with you to get the very best price they can. We are pleased with their care and concern about getting the right car/van just for us. Our salesman was Billy Ferrier. We couldn't ask for a better salesman. He will greet you with a big smile and friendly hand shake....a real sweetheart. He is aware of how each vehicle works and how they operate. He will go into depth with you on how to find things and how to search for things on the controls. He paired our phones for us, put in our favorite radio stations for us, and other things before we drove our new Odyssey van off their lot. Billy even stayed 2 hours past his work schedule to make sure we were satisfied with everything and could answer all our questions. I'm sure he was not paid any overtime for this, but this shows his dedication to his job and company. Troy Hunt was our Financial businessman. He is excellent at his job also. Another friendly and smiling face for this dealership. He goes over everything in detail on each step before signing your papers. He wants to make sure everything is in order and we understand everything. Troy also sold us our first Honda when we moved to the Topeka area. I would highly recommend both these two young men to work with. The shop area does an excellent job of working on your vehicle also. We have always been pleased with their work and the people taking care of us. They do very good work. We have been very pleased with Sharp Honda. More
