I had a great buying/financing experience with Billy Goss and Cowboy Toyota. I already knew what I wanted when I got there. They had the car ready for me to test drive to make sure that it was what I really and Cowboy Toyota. I already knew what I wanted when I got there. After the test drive, I was shown the financing numbers shown in different ways so that I could pick the deal that worked for me. Then I went straight into financing to trade in my car and sign paperwork on the new car. Billy took the time to show me all of the different buttons and helping me with my car settings as well as go over any of my questions. I know that if I have any problems, I can just reach out to Billy and get it taken care of which takes away a lot of the anxiety of buying a new car! More
