My daughter bought a 2025 Mustang Mach-e. bought bumper to bumper coverage. 3 days after having it . the batteries messed up had to get towed back to the dealership. they tell you have to ren bought bumper to bumper coverage. 3 days after having it . the batteries messed up had to get towed back to the dealership. they tell you have to rent a car. they sell cars to 20 years old but you have to be 21 to rent a car . Then she got it and left town a couple days later and she broke down again in huntsville,tx. With the bumper to bumper coverage they make you use the ford app to get road side service. They left her on the side of the road for 5 hours on the side of a busy highway. Then towed her to ford place that doesnt work on electric cars. told her she had to rent a car from enterprise (she is only 20 so cant) . the closest one was 30 miles away . that enterprise had no fords (they only reimburse your if you rent a ford ) so we had to pay 675 dollars to rent a car and have someone 21 drive to where she was to get a car. called dealership many times no help. so if you have young adult children or for yourself dont buy from here dont buy a mach -e the (reviews i should have checked before ) state they are having battery problems. Ford will leave you on the side of road for 5 hrs + and just say its the rules they are sorry. So now car is being towed to god knows where and god knows how long we will have to pay for rental when just buying a BRAND NEW car 2 weeks ago. they will sell to young adults have you buy products like bumper to bumper but will leave them in a bind on the side of road. worst experience of my life and sad for my daughter 1st time car buyer PS you dont get the credit either for there electric car and if you google why you dont get bc of batteries. should have been my 1st clue to tell her to not do it More

I purchased my 2 nd used vehicle from here . Had both daughters purchase new vehicles. I had the worse morning. I brought in my 2017 ford cmax for its free oil change . Vehicle purchased 2 months ago. Was told by advisor that the right front hub bearing out and 2 out of 4 tires were showing steel and other 2 below specs . And needs alignment. I understand when you buy a used vehicle it’s used but when blue certified it is supposed to be checked with a bit more caution for certification. Was told by used manager what do think we have to keep fixing vehicle after we sell it . It’s a used car he said parts break but really 2 months later after first payment this month of may I need to come of pocket . Fine I will replace all with new tires have it alligned and fixed . But buyer beware they have no conscience or compassion after being sold not even a discount. So with this being said it’s sad that I will never buy or trade in a vehicle here again due to being treated this way . Planet Ford do better. Thanks Chris More

My only complaint was that the salesman told me the recall on my 2022 Ford Explorer had been repaired before I purchased which wasn’t the case. Other than that it was a great experience.
