From the beginning, he was professional, responsive, and took the time to really listen to my concerns. What stood out the most was his persistence—he didn’t brush anything off or take shortcuts. He followed through, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made sure I felt confident in the repairs being done. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both the customer and the quality of the work, but Steve absolutely does. Thanks to him, my truck is finally running the way it should. I highly recommend asking for Steve Sonia if you need service at Fairview Ford. He made a frustrating situation so much easier, and I truly appreciate his dedication and integrity. More

They will say anything to get you to sign and then ypu find out they lied and the whole place is in on it .now they won't return calls and have attitude over not being honest. !!!
