I spoke with jimmy regarding how he presented the service plan to sound like it was a promotion If he had been honest and straight up regarding the costs and options we might have opted for it. It’s not the cost which is minimal over the span of the loan that bothered us it was the way it was put in in a deceptive way. If you honored it as a promotion of the so called family plan like it was presented we would be satisfied with your dealership.
