My first experience at Phillips Toyota was buying my Tacoma 4x4, it was a great experience, so I brought my wife in for a Corolla Cross and she is just as happy! Very pleased with my purchase. My salesman, Bill, was terrific. He was able to coordinate with the manager a comfortable monthly payment. My car was delivered very clean and gas tank was full. Answered all my questions. No pressure . Only disappointment was no second set of keys. Because the car had 2000 miles on it I was told I would have to pay for a second set, unless they turned up disappointment was no second set of keys. Nice people to work with. They did not have exactly what we wanted on the lot. They checked and said they could get it in 3 or 4 days. It actually only took 1 day to get and They did not have exactly what we wanted on the lot. They checked and said they could get it in 3 or 4 days.
