Had an excellent experience. Both Billy and Kyle were friendly and attentive to my needs from the moment I drove up to the lot. Kyle immediately greeted me and, after I explained what I was looking for, directed me to a car that fit all my criteria. He was knowlegable about the vehicle and answered all my initial questions. I left and came back the same day and spoke with Billy, who invited me on a test drive and answered further questions I had. I am a senior who was in need of a replacement vehicle but not interested in car shopping to find something. Notified Cory Q. of what we were interested in and the price range. He responded within hours with a used Highlander that he had in stock. A test drive was scheduled for the following morning with sales person Billy O. After a very detailed overview of the car, followed by very pleasant test drive we were given a very non-pressured sales presentation. Bottom line, we drove off in a vehicle which we were seeking at a price that we were satisfied with from a dealership that we feel very comfortable being a part of. More

When I did decide to order a car, he was very clear on the upgrades and gave me a written cost sheet. When the car arrived everything was just as he said it would be.
