I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this dealership. While driving through the parking lot to reach the service center, I encountered employees using a forklift to tow vehicles, with th this dealership. While driving through the parking lot to reach the service center, I encountered employees using a forklift to tow vehicles, with the forks raised and no visible safety precautions—no cones, no signage, and no spotters. They were not in a designated forklift area. The forks were not visible, and my car struck them as a result. I reported this immediately to both the service manager and the general manager, but neither took responsibility or action. The general manager accused me of driving onto "his property and hitting his forklift". Their lack of concern for public and customer safety was extremely troubling. This type of behavior puts both customers and employees at risk. Had I been dropping 40k on a new vehicle, maybe they wouldn't have been so unprofessional or egotistical. More

Overall a great dealer for service. Nice, comfortable waiting area. Cheerful and helpful customer service. Only one small ding: long time to just change the oil and rotate tires.... Service team is always very kind and professional in customer care by explaining details about technical issues on my car and respecting client's opinion. But I am not sure the prices for parts and labo customer care by explaining details about technical issues on my car and respecting client's opinion. But I am not sure the prices for parts and labor to repair cars are reasonable and competitive. It would be better if your service team would show how reasonable your prices for service are not just saying the prices. And I do not know it is normal but it takes long time to repair my car. I assume one technician may be repairing multiple cars at the same time. Just thought. More
