Billy is a graduate of the NADA General Manager Academy. He grew up in Charlottesville, Virginia but his family roots are in Baltimore. Billy returned to his roots in 2004 when he was recruited by CCBC-Essex for Lacrosse. During his time here Billy became a two-time first team NJCAA All-America selection, was named as MVP in the 2004 NJCAA Championship Game after leading the Essex Knights to the title, and was named as Maryland Junior College Defensive Player of the Year in 2005. After playing with CCBC-Essex Billy transferred to Towson University where he played his final seasons of Lacrosse as a Towson Tiger. In 2017, Billy was inducted into the CCBC Lacrosse & the NJCAA Hall of Fame in 2023.

Annapolis Subaru provided me with the absolute best auto buying experience of my entire life! I’ve been purchasing new cars for almost 30 years and this is the best dealership I have ever done business with buying experience of my entire life! I’ve been purchasing new cars for almost 30 years and this is the best dealership I have ever done business with. Great morals, ethics and integrity. I know that’s not the norm to hear surrounding new car sales. I was considering other dealerships and vehicles, but the warm, non pressured, welcoming and fair deal led me to make an easy final decision with Billy at Annapolis Subaru. Some consumers have brand loyalty, but for me I now have dealership loyalty. More

Andre and his fellow employees helped get us into a new Subaru Ascent during COVID-19. He, Steve, Bob, and Billy bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of, scheduled a follow up appointment to Subaru Ascent during COVID-19.
