I went to endless dealerships in Montgomery County, Maryl This unique dealership has exceptional and tailor made customer service at Annapolis Subaru. I went to endless dealerships in Montgomery County, Maryland and Northern Virginia, which limited my options and fit into a car due to a height issues. My parents and I decided to drive early in the morning to Annapolis for a change of scenery on selecting a SUV. We test drove a wide array of cars at three dealerships and were either going to purchase a Nissan Rouge or Ford Edge. My final choice was buying a tailor made car after being in contact with an awesome sales representative Ottie Jones. This respectful car salesman sent pictures after working a eight hour shift and talked about the lacrosse culture in Maryland. This led to a week full of excellent customer service and sending me pictures of the Ford Edge. My father was impressed with the dealership's car salesmen being straight forward and direct. These car salesmen helped fit 6'6" Mitchell College Mens Lacrosse and Division III student-athlete into a custom fit SUV on a very busy Saturday (March 30th). A duo of Ottie Jones and Ryan Crawford working as a unit exercising the principles of teamwork, selflessness, and consideration towards the consumer. All car expenses, title paperwork, and etc were handled efficiently with outstanding professionalism, by both men including the Finance Manager Joe Tyler. More
