I came in for routine service. Patrick and the whole team were courteous and professional. I thought the electronic communication system worked very well and the additional servi Patrick and the whole team were courteous and professional. I thought the electronic communication system worked very well and the additional services I needed were clearly spelled out including the extra charges. One small negative, I did receive an email offering to give me a trade in price for my car. I would have been interested hearing my car’s value, but I had to agree to some terms which were not presented. I could have clicked on the terms, but at that point I just abandoned the idea. More
