Very disappointed with families last service visit. Our son needed to replace his dimming headlights. After purchasing the higher output bulb {for safety in deer season} he went to replace. After comple son needed to replace his dimming headlights. After purchasing the higher output bulb {for safety in deer season} he went to replace. After completing the first bulb, he due to "horrific Honda engineering" could not even reach the second bulb location without insane deconstruction. Due time constraints he stopped in to have the install completed and was charged $40 to install one bulb that he had already purchased. I personally am offended as my immediate family has purchased 6 Hondas form this dealer and in-laws add another 8. I get that I'm no JVL élite but also feel that 14 vehicles since 2004 is a pretty decent amount of business. After my last dealings with the sales team I find it challenging to even consider another Honda and now wonder if the service department, that was the only thing keeping me tied RC Honda is no longer customer focused as well. If this is the way RC Honda treats long term customers I feel strongly compelled to reconsider our relationship. More

My service man was polite and addressed my concerns in a professional manor. He didn’t walk away from me when I asked if I was the owner of a lemon Odysee. The sales man was friendly and helpful!
