We were introduced to each team member who worked with us. With out any pressure to purchase from them we felt Very comfortable with our decision in a Kia. It was like being a part of a team. Each person had been trained for their position and were very excited to work with us using excellent customer service. We were so impressed with them taking their time sitting in the vehicle and teaching us how to use every button.
