Brought my car there to be repaired, I completely understand the length of time it took for my car to be repaired due to hurricane Ian. When Blair Smith called to tell me my car was finished a month understand the length of time it took for my car to be repaired due to hurricane Ian. When Blair Smith called to tell me my car was finished a month later I asked if my car was perfect because I was coming from a little but of a distance to pick up. I get there only to find my bumper not attached properly but a nice dent in what was supposed to be a brand new lift gate. He seemed perfectly fine with it and I told him it was completely unacceptable and I wouldn't accept it. He then proceeded to tell me he could order me 10 new ones and they all could have dents. I told him I wouldn't accept the car till it was done perfect. 3 days later My car was completely finished and the work is to my satisfaction, but I felt as thought Blair was very unprofessional overall. More
