My names Luke McDermott I own a company instinctive energy and bought a dodge ram 1500 Tex from this location I was told when buying the truck as I spent over 108,000 cash and bought their highest warr energy and bought a dodge ram 1500 Tex from this location I was told when buying the truck as I spent over 108,000 cash and bought their highest warranty package and additions 8,000 a month later I needed the vehicle serviced and when I did I paid out of pocket and have been paying for what should of been covered out of pocket everytime I brought my truck in I’ve been going back and forth with them for 2 years about this issue and save yourself the stress buy from someone else More

Blake was awesome, friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy like other salespeople. The dealership was ever so slow, we are still trying to work out why it took over 3 hours to get all the paperwork done once like other salespeople. i have called multiple times to get a check list on my new purchase taken care of an have yet to receive an answer. i guess that is what happens when you pay cash.
