We were already approved for the loan and we bringing cash for the rest. We when got there he said he sold it 15 minutes ago. Such a shadey move. Save yourself some heartache and go someplace else. The least he could’ve done was tell us about the people he was helping and not to come down. They are complete snakes! More

Saw a truck online and inquired about the availability. Started getting phone calls right away. I have told several of the sales people that I wouldn’t buy from the dealership if it was the last one on earth. Here it is a month later and these people are still calling and texting me. They call at night and when I answer there is no response. I hit the redial and it goes right to there dealership. FAIR WARNING NEVER EVER CALL THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! They will harass you with unwanted calls and will not stop. I’m calling the manager today and if I get no satisfaction I will look into other options More

They Kept our car for over 5 days and still no answer as to our 2 different repair needs. No one even called our warranty company to at least see if it’s covered. Basically didn’t keep their word and lack o to our 2 different repair needs. No one even called our warranty company to at least see if it’s covered. Basically didn’t keep their word and lack of communication.. we always had to follow up with them instead of them reaching out to us. Car was dirty from being outside for a whole week as we dropped it off on Saturday and picked it up the following Saturday. Didn’t run it thru their wash as a courtesy for not addressing any of our reasons for bringing our vehicle there. Johnny was our contact.,. Reported the issue to manager Michael.. still waiting for a response. Won’t hold our breath. More
