Hi, I'm Tom. Last month my wife Carol and I went shopping for a new car, not knowing exactly what we wanted. We had bought from Ide before, were happy with the results and tried it again. I guess we just got lucky that Blake Gross was at his sales desk that day, We went through the cars Blake had on the lot and got it down to two models, both HR-V's. One was a Sport model and the other was an EX-L. Blake very patiently went through the differences between the models. He even wrote up two deals for us so we would know the price difference. The EX-L has so many features that we have never had in a car, but Blake explained them all. His easy going way and sense of humor made it a pleasant experience to pick the EX-L and it was ready in a couple of days. We have had the car for about a week now and have never enjoyed a car more than this one. More

My Sales Person was Blake Gross. We communicated by text initially and he was very prompt to give me quotes and answer all questions. When I decided to come to the dealership on a whim, he was ready to talk initially and he was very prompt to give me quotes and answer all questions. When I decided to come to the dealership on a whim, he was ready to talk more about the CRV-EX I wanted. It had to be ordered and I admit, I didn’t believe it would be in at the time promised but I was not in a rush. The car actually came in much faster than I expected. Blake took his time to go over every aspect of the new car and my husband learned a great deal about his 2017 CRV as well in the process. They made the financing easy.
