Blake was extremely knowledgeable and professional… I was very happy with my trade in and deal on my 2021 Accord. Blake went above and beyond when he called me on his day off and arranged for me to retrieve very happy with my trade in and deal on my 2021 Accord. Hi, I'm Tom. Last month my wife Carol and I went shopping for a new car, not knowing exactly what we wanted. We had bought from Ide before, were happy with the results and tried it again. I guess we just got for a new car, not knowing exactly what we wanted. We had bought from Ide before, were happy with the results and tried it again. I guess we just got lucky that Blake Gross was at his sales desk that day, We went through the cars Blake had on the lot and got it down to two models, both HR-V's. One was a Sport model and the other was an EX-L. Blake very patiently went through the differences between the models. He even wrote up two deals for us so we would know the price difference. The EX-L has so many features that we have never had in a car, but Blake explained them all. His easy going way and sense of humor made it a pleasant experience to pick the EX-L and it was ready in a couple of days. We have had the car for about a week now and have never enjoyed a car more than this one. More
