I found the specific car online that we were looking for. It was located about 100 miles from where I live. As two ladies traveling to a dealership in a different state, we were extremely nervous. Possibly PTSD from the way dealerships USED to operate when two ladies would walk in upon arrival, we were greeted by Blake within a couple seconds. He had the car already pulled out, clean and ready for our test drive. We knew that was the vehicle we wanted right away. Blake made sure to make the entire car buying process easy. We were in and out of that dealership HAPPILY within a little over an hour. There was no back and forth haggling like in the past. They were extremely honest with all Incentives offered on the new car and gave me an extremely fair price on my trade. With no back and forth. Blake delivered us a vehicle was clean and he took time to go over the technology package with the new car. He was extremely patient and explained everything. We also contacted him a couple times AFTER the sale with a couple additional questions on the technology portion. He was extremely responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I would drive 10 states away to have Blake as my salesman again!! More

I called 17 times in a 3 day period trying to get my car serviced. Service department never answered their phone. I asked the lady that answered the main line twice to please give them a message. I would up going somewhere else for service. There work my be good but their customer service is beyond Terrible More
