We looked at 8-10 cars at different dealers before deciding to buy here. The level of customer service and standard of vehicle presentation at the "other" dealers left much to be desired. Then we came to DallesLeaseReturns. This company cares about what they do and the service they provide. Their vehicles are displayed inside and are fully reconditioned and present very nicely to the customer. We were treated wonderfully by Blanca and her associates. She listened to our needs and took the time to show us her product offering. This was a very low-pressure sales atmosphere that allowed us to take our time and make an informed decision. Blanca explained the sales process, worked with finance and got the job done within 2 hrs and off we went in our new (pre-owned) car. Thanks Blanca, we will be back for our next purchase! More
