I was requested by Ram customer retention to take my truck to a dealership different from where I bought the truck. Customer retention made arrangements with the dealership I chose. The service was very accommodating to this request. It was a great experience with the service department and very cooperative with the situation. Like my choice on the star rating, I gave them a deserving 5 star rating. Customer service is dead in most places, BUT NOT AT PEARL Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. More
