Purchased a used Escape Bo was a great salesman helping me get what I wanted . I had my owe finance thru my bank . But was told by your finance team they could beat the bank Bo was a great salesman helping me get what I wanted . I had my owe finance thru my bank . But was told by your finance team they could beat the bank which wasn’t the case.. I told them I didn’t want them to do several credit checks but they did anyway. This I was not happy about . I would recommend Bo but not your finance team . More

Personalized experience, without the premium I had been in the market for a new to me vehicle, to travel to and from work/school. I am the type of person that does my own research, and has an ide I had been in the market for a new to me vehicle, to travel to and from work/school. I am the type of person that does my own research, and has an idea of what I want before going to make a purchase. Anyone like me knows the pain of a salesman pushing you into a purchase, you might not be comfortable with. I am glad to say I didn’t experience that at all with Bo. I was transparent about my budget and needs, and he got me into this Prius in under a day! Big thank you to everyone at Joe Machens Ford. I will be back when it’s time for a Tesla! More
