We live in Columbia, MO and have purchased several vehicles from Joe Machens in Columbia. We wanted to trade our 2014 Explorer for a newer 2020 or 2021 Explorer, but I found Machens in Jeff had a grea vehicles from Joe Machens in Columbia. We wanted to trade our 2014 Explorer for a newer 2020 or 2021 Explorer, but I found Machens in Jeff had a greater selection of what we were interested in. So, I basically made a random selection of Bo Heavin to contact. We found Bo to be a great sales professional to work with. After meeting him, he made us feel at home and he listened to what we had to say about the newer Explorer we would like to have. Bo had two vehicles he wanted us to test drive and we really liked the second Explorer we drove. Bo discovered there was an issue with the lane departure feature and set about getting that feature fixed. It will require a new windshield which will have to be ordered. He assured us it will be fixed to both his and our satisfaction. There were others at the dealership like Taylor in Finance and people in the Service Department that we did not meet, but who were very helpful in making our car buying experience a pleasant one. More

We were able to settle on a very reasonable price, and the wife and I were able to drive away with EXACTLY what we wanted. The ONLY reason I stared the dealership at a 4 was because the parking lot situation is crammed with little space to do much of anything. Doesn’t exactly scream safe. But with such amazing service, the ONLY thing you’ll have to complain about is the lot! 😁 More
