Bo was so helpful with our purchase of our first Mercedes Benz. He was patient even when we came in to say we were “just looking”. Efficiency Bo Planin has been our Mercedes Sales person in Atlanta Georgia since Year 2016. He was so nice that he dropped off the 2017 GLE350 at my garage and Bo Planin has been our Mercedes Sales person in Atlanta Georgia since Year 2016. He was so nice that he dropped off the 2017 GLE350 at my garage and took our old leased 2014 E550 back; we didn’t even have to leave our house back then; we were under the weather. Bo has been constant contact with us since this year summer to get us to lease for 2020, Since our 2017 GLE350 lease was close to be end. 11/18/2019, Bo called while I was at the library, so I texted him back in the afternoon for a quote. On the evening of 11/19/2019, I had changed to different car, yet he sent me a quote on the 11/20/2019 in the morning. The quote was close to what I expected, but not quite. So, I texted him back with my number; he accepted my offer w/o wasting any time. We came to the ACC 11/20/2019 2:00 PM appointment, and we left around 4:00 PM. It could have taken much less time, but Bo was kind enough to remove a child seat that my son installed on 2017 GLE350 which was too tight, and reinstalled it to new 2020 GLA250 for us. And I also had to unlock Trans Union for Financial Services. Bo also help me to fill in some blanks on the lease Form electronically. Phillip Black was very efficient, not long after I was able to unlock Trans Union (took me almost half hour), he was ready for me to sign the papers. I will come back for 2023 Mercedes. My husband remembered that it took almost all day at one of the other dealers for us to purchase a car some years ago. Taking less than 2 hours to leave with a brand-new car, that is what I called EFFICIENT!!! More

Then they let me drive the exact car that I had described. They then took my car to be appraised. There offer on the new car and my used car were both extremely fair. Each person that I dealt with was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The high-tech features of the car can be overwhelming for many people but even here their designated person assisted even the Baby-Boomer with all of the details. It now own a great new car and the experience with great too. More
