I was called the “N” word by two employees that threatened me with physical violence, in front of the General Sales Manager, all because I pulled up in the service drive in a Porsche of all things threatened me with physical violence, in front of the General Sales Manager, all because I pulled up in the service drive in a Porsche of all things to schedule a service appointment for a vehicle I bought from this same dealership a few months ago!!!! I am truly at a loss for words on what happened. I pulled up thinking it would make sense to go to the service department to schedule service. I park and open my door and was immediately yelled at by a lot porter for the crime of pulling up in a Porsche!!! You can’t make this up!! I walk around the guy because he has already called me the “N” word twice and said he was going to put his hands on me if I didn’t move my car because it wasn’t a Mercedes Benz…… I’m going to repeat it. The guy said he was going to physically harm me because I pulled up in a Porsche. I walked past him without saying a word to then have this guy follow me inside of the dealership while I was looking for someone to schedule my wife’s cars service appointment. I finally had enough and went to find the general manager since he stated he was the service manager, which I didn’t believe but I didn’t want any more conflict with him. I found the general sales manager and let him know what was going on, I pointed out the guy, and at this point a crowd of other service people had formed. In front of the General Sales Manager I was called the “N” word no less than 4 times by two different people and threatened with violence again!!! By now two people! The manager then asked me to come inside and he apologized but then did nothing. He stated he would get someone to schedule the service, which no one did, and then out of fear of what his employees would do to me he escorted me to my car. I never once said any derogatory words, nor did I threaten anyone!!! I just wanted to schedule service!! That’s it!! THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD TO EXPERIENCE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I have never been called that word before, or threatened by someone….ever!!!! I bought this Mercedes Benz here at this dealership!!!! Do not buy at this place at all. More

For a long time David was at another dealership in the metro-Atlanta area, and I was worried about what I was going to do when the time came for me to move to another car. I was so thrilled and relieved to find him at Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast! In classic David style, a quick phone conversation the day prior to my arrival lead to me getting to the dealership today with the perfect cars pre-selected by David because he knows my taste so well. A quick drive, consideration of the specifications that I wanted and the perfect car was found and the deal was done. I wanted to take advantage of the insane incentives going on with the hybrid models before the September deadline. I was a little behind of where I needed to be with my current lease maturity. However, I sat back and watched David, Charles (the GM) and the entire team went to work. When they presented me with the deal sheet I was just stunned what they had accomplished for me! My husband and I are new to the Benz family and we had the pleasure of working with Finn to find my retirement car. He was so patient and thorough with us. We literally made at least 3 to 4 trips to the the pleasure of working with Finn to find my retirement car. He was so patient and thorough with us. We literally made at least 3 to 4 trips to the dealership over the course of 3 to 4 months. On our 1st meeting with Finn we told him we weren't purchasing until the end of 2025. You would think that would change how eager he was to talk to us on our subsequent visits but it didn't. He was just as courteous and professional as the 1st visit. He answered all our questions every single time. They went the extra mile to work out a trade with an out of town dealership for a specific car I wanted. They had it transported here to Duluth and the rest is history! Ashley went the extra mile and did a complete training session for us on our new EQE 350+ SUV when she wasn't even supposed to be working tonight. The whole dealership went above and beyond to make sure we had the full Mercedes Benz experience and we plan on being repeat customers. Bravo team! Job well done. More
