Infiniti of Thousand Oaks provided one of the best and most professional dealership experiences I could have asked for. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in, looking for, or s most professional dealership experiences I could have asked for. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in, looking for, or seriously considering purchasing a vehicle. These guys truly have you covered and will go above and beyond to make sure your needs are taken care of. I had the pleasure of working with Fidel Palacios and Cristian Arreola and I genuinely could not have asked for a better team. Both were professional, pleasant, accommodating, patient and incredibly easy to work with. Cristian in particular is a very special, kind-hearted person who made this experience unforgettable. He has a calm, genuine demeanor and is a true pro in his field, top-notch and top-tier all the way. From the very beginning with my test drive all the way through completing the paperwork and purchasing my vehicle, I was treated with respect, dignity, patience and complete transparency. Everything regarding the transaction and documentation was explained clearly and I never felt pressured or rushed. They also worked hard to find the best deal possible for my vehicle purchase and after this experience, I honestly would not want to do business anywhere else besides Infiniti of Thousand Oaks. The entire experience was the complete opposite of the typical dealership experience people expect. Something that can normally be difficult, overwhelming and stressful felt more like a casual conversation and hangout. The process was smooth, seamless, hassle-free and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. The dealership itself was clean, professional and very well maintained, and the quality of service matched the environment. You can tell they care about providing a quality experience and looking out for the best interests of their customers. I’ll be referring anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle to Infiniti of Thousand Oaks. And if possible, specifically request Cristian Arreola and Fidel Palacios, the ultimate dream-team duo. They made my car-buying experience something I will always remember when I get into my newly purchased vehicle and I cannot thank them enough for the level of service, kindness, professionalism and care they provided. 10/10 experience. Highly recommended. More
