Did Not Live To Chevy"s Standards Brought a used car here and the sales person was not completly honest. The car was delivered without being detailed and it smelled of cigerette smoke. Salesperson promised that they sprayed something on the interior roof and that the smell would go away and if not try some febreeze. One month later the inside of the car still STINKS!!!! Also, the title of my new car was given to me 2 weeks after the temp. tags expired exposing me to possibly getting pulled over by the police. Chevy manager promised to pay the ticket if so!!! Be careful when they ask you what you want to pay a month because they stretch it out over more years to get to your bottom line. I do not recommend this dealership!!!! More

Who buys a car and gets "Money" back!!! I bought a 2014 Chevy Camaro from them. The customer service is simply awesome. They even found me another discount. From the moment we stepped into the building until we drove off in my pre-certified Chevrolet Cruze, the staff was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our salesman, Tony Dillard, was phenomenal! He went out of his way to make us comfortable and took as much time as needed to close the deal and go the extra mile. He set up the OnStar for me, then my Bluetooth, and explained all of the benefits that the dealership offers to their family of customers. We truly felt the warmth of a "family dealership" which was such a breath of fresh air. The benefits he described (such as a "pit stop") were not expected at all but very much appreciated. To say the least, we will definitely recommend Elkins Chevrolet (and Tony Dillard in particular) whenever we get the chance! More
