This service is not included with Chevrolet's complimentary maintenance program, but after discussing it with you, you elected to have the alignment completed. We also applied a discount to help reduce the cost. We always strive to be transparent with our recommendations and never perform additional work without customer approval. The Corvette ZR1 you were interested in is an extremely rare and highly sought-after vehicle, and we had significant interest from buyers across the country. While we worked to explore options with you, there was never a finalized purchase agreement in place. As is the case with all of our vehicles, especially limited-production models, they remain available until all terms are finalized and the transaction is completed. Our goal is always to be transparent and fair with every customer throughout the buying process. We understand this wasn't the outcome you were hoping for, but we reject the suggestion that our decisions were motivated by a desire to profit from your trade, we're offering fair market value as we always do. We also expect all interactions with our staff to remain respectful and professional as the comments you made towards my sales rep were totally uncalled for.
