He was very eager to answer any questions I had and if he wasn't sure of the answer he went right away to find out. He was very honest and up front about any incentives or rebates GM had to offer. Other dealers I had been to never mentioned rebates or incentives until I inquired about them. Bob was very helpful as well in making the deal happen and I appreciate his patience with me in providing information to him that was needed to meet the requirements of a rebate. In the end I feel like I left there with a good feeling overall about the deal that was made and the dealership itself! Thanks! More
