I don't feel that things are done "on schedule" the way that they used to be. But problems do get solved. that they used to be. But problems do get solved. More

Basney Honda sold me my vehicle about a year ago, with a warranty included. When I brought it in for an alignment, they were unable to get the alignment in spec due to a camber adjustment problem. Honda ack warranty included. When I brought it in for an alignment, they were unable to get the alignment in spec due to a camber adjustment problem. Honda acknowledges this is a problem with this model year of Honda Accord, and has an aftermarket product to fix it. But they will not cover the fix under warranty. A complete joke of a company and dealership with terrible customer service! More

Bob is an outstanding salesman for Basney. I have purchased/leased several cars from him. I have also referred friends and family to him. He is just that good! Ken in finance is absolutely I have purchased/leased several cars from him. I have also referred friends and family to him. He is just that good!
