Basney Honda sold me my vehicle about a year ago, with a warranty included. When I brought it in for an alignment, they were unable to get the alignment in spec due to a camber adjustment problem. Honda ack warranty included. When I brought it in for an alignment, they were unable to get the alignment in spec due to a camber adjustment problem. Honda acknowledges this is a problem with this model year of Honda Accord, and has an aftermarket product to fix it. But they will not cover the fix under warranty. A complete joke of a company and dealership with terrible customer service! More
