He was friendly, polite and very patient. He took great care to make things easy and comfortable for my dad who uses a walker. The process felt less overwhelming with Rick. I was very nervous about getting a new vehicle. Our financial situation was not the most ideal, and I did not think we would be able to afford the "Family" Car we really needed . Marla and Bob made it happen!! Marla took the time to listen to our financial concerns and what we could really afford. She also understood that we are a busy family needing more space than our old vehicle, with two growing toddlers and all their activities. Once we found out what were were approved for, she went through all our options and answered all our questions. She found us the perfect car to fit our needs and budget.
