I recently purchased a used VW from Smythe Volvo after discovering it online. I live in Virginia and I got in touch with Tricia LaGrace who directed me to Bob Cerza. I was concerned about the car being sold while I traveled to New Jersey for a test drive, but Bob said he'd hold it for me while I made the drive up to check it out. Upon arrival it was in excellent shape, exactly as Bob had described it, so I decided to buy it. The purchase process was quick and easy and I drove back home the same day. Unfortunately Smythe isn't a local dealership for me so I don't know if I'll have the opportunity to work with them again, but I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in the NJ/NY area looking for a Volvo or a quality used car. More
