And he was super diligent and accommodating to my very difficult schedule in arranging a time for me to get out of the city and pick up my car. He is why my next car will likely be a Volvo also. Stress-free, no pressure purchase experience. In our previous car shopping experiences, I tended to suffer from analysis paralysis and my wife could not suffer car salespeople, thinking they were In our previous car shopping experiences, I tended to suffer from analysis paralysis and my wife could not suffer car salespeople, thinking they were pushing too hard and couldn't be trusted. Our experience at Smythe could not have been better. Bob assisted us with our purchase of a certified pre-owned S60 for our sons. We looked at several different cars on the lot. Bob was patient with us, answering our questions, offering suggestions, and spending as much time with us as needed...even spending the time to walk us through setting up all the features after we made our purchase decision. Kevin B, the finance manager, also made a very positive impression on us: friendly, patient, and no hard-selling... and that's not easy to do for people in this role. (He looked for financing terms better than the great terms I was getting through an organization I belong to.) It was a very stress-free experience and we drove off the lot with a car we are really happy with. The following week I drove it down to NC with my son through some terrible rain and we were able to get acquainted with all the fantastic features of the car. We could not be happier with our purchase or the buying experience at Smythe, and my wife is sleeping better knowing our son is driving a Volvo. More

I spoke with Bob multiple times over 6-8 months before we made a decision. He stuck with us and very was patient. We never felt pressured into anything and he helped us find the vehicle we wanted. I had been shopping around a few weeks and narrowed our focus to that model. I was actually planning to purchase the car from Prestige Volvo because they had multiple S60’s in the color that we were looking for as well as low mileage. Bob greeted us and was very open with regards to what they had in stock and the price for each one. He was knowledgeable about the cars and very interested in earning our business. After our test drive, Bob gave us his card and the next day we proceeded to Prestige Volvo. The experience there was completely opposite of Smythe. I will detail my experience with Prestige in a separate review but it was poor enough for me to decide that I would rather spend my money at Smythe instead even though they are an extra 8 miles away. Smythe treated us well and I am happy to be a part of their family now. I appreciate all that they did for us and we are extremely happy with our new Volvo. More

The staff were professional and did their best to make sure I had a great experience financing our 2016 XC90. Robert Steiman was so patient...helped me decide the best monthly payment that came close to my budget. After I decided to finance the 2016 XC90 the process was absolutely painless. Bob, showed me the features of the car. Even though it was after work hours, Bob sat patiently in the car with me and showed me how those features works. Aslo, when we took our vehicle home I then noticed a few blemishes on the leather. Bob was so accommodating and had me come back for their service staff to remove/fix the leather stains that my husband and I noticed. They did above and beyond...more than is required and for that I am thankful. I would recommend Robert Cerz (aka Bob) to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle at Smythe Volvo. More

My new Volvo Since I had my old Volvo serviced by Symthe I want to them to replace the car because I knew they did good work.
