Overall good experience with out of state internet purchase I had an overall good experience with this dealership. There were only a few hiccups (described below) that impacted an otherwise excellent rating. I had an overall good experience with this dealership. There were only a few hiccups (described below) that impacted an otherwise excellent rating. This was an internet car purchase in which I was unable to see/drive this car prior to purchasing. Bob was prompt and professional in his communications, provided me with a video of the car, and made every effort to make this a smooth purchase and ease the stress of a sight unseen/out of state purchase. In addition, the dealership provided a Carfax report and ensured a manufacturer recall item was completed prior to the sale. There were a few documentation-related hiccups along the way, all of which were related to conducting an out of state purchase, including required out of state tax documents, temporary tags were not initially provided (although paid for), and required proof of insurance prior to shipping was not disclosed. However, Bob made every effort to remedy the above - and the sales and shipping process were not delayed/impacted as a result of the aforementioned. There was also a small dent near the gas tank that was not disclosed/found but was identified in the bill of lading by the transport company. Overall, a good experience - I would still recommend. More

When we finally landed on the XC90, the buying process was smooth. When we picked the car up, he sat with us for quite a while to go over many of the functions in the vehicle. And because there are so many, he encouraged us to come back with our questions. He also followed up with calls to make sure we were happy and see if we had questions. He was great!
