Took truck there for a recall. Only supposed to take hour. Had it 2 days. They looked at a problem with window not shutting. Charge was over $100 to tell me they couldn't fix it. Also I had to call them twice to find out what status was. They never contacted me. More

I know I can trust the staff when I need my GMC serviced. Never have had any problems . Staff is friendly. They are always attentive to my questions / concerns about my vehicle. The guys working the service desk are always friendly and knowledgeable. They make sure that everything you came in for is taken care of and take the time to explain what was done. Didn't fulfill services I wanted completed. Gave me a complete run around. Had me come back later date to complete service I had been told had been completed only to then be told they don't hav Gave me a complete run around.
