Spoke with multiple people not a single person knew what was going on. Was told that I would receive a call back, gave them 2 days to return my call before I called in. I did speak to a younger kid that tried very hard to get the answers but he was not able to help as his manager was not working and wouldn’t be back in until Monday. I appreciated his honesty. Called in on Monday afternoon and once again not a single person had any idea what was going on. After hearing a xx story I explained that my vehicle has been in the parking lot for since Wednesday. I did end up getting the work done that I needed but my goodness it was like pulling teeth to get a straight answer. Suggested that for all the trouble I had went through for the last 2 weeks I should get some type of discount. 20.00 was taken off my bill. 🫣 Thanks the 20 phone calls that I made prolly cost more than the 20.00 you just took off my bill. Can’t afford to go here anymore. Requested to have OE brake parts used, they assured me they had them in stock, and would do that. How ever they used silver rotors, and gold pads ins Requested to have OE brake parts used, they assured me they had them in stock, and would do that. How ever they used silver rotors, and gold pads instead of OE like they said they would. Also charged me a whopping 18% over MSRP for the parts! The labor charges were almost quadrupled from when I had the same work done 4 years ago! They told me that all the parts were in stock and they would have the repairs completed by the end of the day, but called at the end of the day to let me know they didn’t have the cheap silver rotors in stock (which is not what I asked for, should’ve been OE) and kept my vehicle overnight until noon the next day, resulting in more down time for me. I am sorry but can’t afford going here anymore, and they don’t do what they say anyhow. More
