It took way longer to get my car back than what I was originally told. I was promised it would be done on this day, then informed it would be longer. Next I was promised definitely on the next work day. Finally 2-1/2 weeks after drop off I got my car back. Very disappointed with timing. Some may have been unavoidable. But I felt like there was a lot of random guessing and excuses being made. The loaner car reeked of smoke and ac didn't work. I was a loyal customer. Just expect to have a long wait if you want service. More
