Excellent Customer Service I inquired on an SUV from the internet. Within minutes I received a call back from Bob Fiori. He was very personable and patient with my needs for a c I inquired on an SUV from the internet. Within minutes I received a call back from Bob Fiori. He was very personable and patient with my needs for a car. Bob went over and beyond his scope of a salesman with us, he became a friend! I traveled a distance to get the car I wanted from their dealership and he was there to greet us as soon as we pulled in. I had two children with me and Bob immediately became friends with them as well. He made them popcorn, and even watched them for me to do my loan process. He charged their Ipad while they waited and made them feel at home. The kids love our new SUV as much as I do and personally thanked him upon leaving the dealership. We all were very grateful to have met Bob to care for our needs at this dealership. Everyone there was friendly and helpful but Bob went above and beyond for us. Buying a new car can be a painful process. I've been searching a week and had other car interests that other dealerships didn't bother to put the effort 1 Cochran Nissan did! The dealership is HUGE and they had a wide variety of all makes and models. I would defiantly go back should I ever have a need and would highly recommend this dealership to others! More
