The service manager Kevin does not provide service or is concerned with the customer. Today i was told that after having my vehicle since the 19th for recall service that was set to take 2 hours, that they concerned with the customer. Today i was told that after having my vehicle since the 19th for recall service that was set to take 2 hours, that they did everything right. I did get a new transmission, which is positive but only after pushing Nissan Corp. I had to put a new tire on loaner car I was given, only to be told too bad. I guess I should have treated the loaner with the same respect they gave me as a customer. All in all not having my vehicle for work cost me close to $1,000. I guess from the service managers perspective, they did everything right and I'm to blame for buying a new vehicle from them and having them service it. More
