I came to Heiser due to my car dying on the side of the highway. After a quick tow I was able to get to the dealership where I was greeted with compassion and empathy. I was visibly upset and the whole sta highway. After a quick tow I was able to get to the dealership where I was greeted with compassion and empathy. I was visibly upset and the whole staff took the time and care to make me feel welcome and heard. Eventually, I learned I would need to buy a new car. Pat from the sales department was kind enough to walk me through the process of buying a vehicle and made himself available at any moment. He went above and beyond to make sure I had understood the process and had a good experience buying a car. I feel that every staff member I interacted with at Heiser took the time to listen to me and act on my best interests. Each person went out of their way to go above and beyond to meet my needs and budget. If I had to live this situation over again (hopefully not!), I would still choose Heiser to do business with. Thank you to all of the staff that treated me well and worked hard to help me find the right fit vehicle! More
