He always gives me a good deal and seems to know what I want in the car before I do. Robert Gold was very informative, patient and a true gentleman to work with. He was extremely thorough in getting all the "t's" crossed. This was my first experience buying a new car and together with my son, he made it a very pleasant experience. I would send all my friends to Ray Catena in Edison and have them ask for Robert Gold. Matt explained the workings of the car to me and he also was very helpful and patient. Thank you for a very pleasant experience. Today we purchased our fourth Mercedes Benz from Ray Catena in Edison New Jersey. Why would we travel almost an hour; cross 2 toll bridges when another dealership is minutes away from our home in Bay R Catena in Edison New Jersey. Why would we travel almost an hour; cross 2 toll bridges when another dealership is minutes away from our home in Bay Ridge Brooklyn ? Our first experience in 2008 set a standard level that we have yet to find anywhere else. The showroom is packed with choices, the entire staff makes you feel comfortable (not pushy but there when you need them), the vintage car collection upstairs is phenomenal, the service center is extremely accommodating, assigned Service Advisors (ours is Mike Ladani he is fantastic), loaner cars, drop offs to a near by mall, the entire process from purchase to a complete after care makes my wife and I loyal customers. The cornerstone of the operation for us however is our Salesman; Bob Gold. Our first purchased required a knowledgeable individual with a considerable amount of patience. Bob provided us with information that enabled us to make intelligent decisions again and again from our first 3 C Class 4 MATIC’s to our recent E550. Finally, Bob is available after the sale (most Salesman disappear after the sale) ; because of his assistance there has never been anything that could not be resolved; including an exchange of one of our vehicles. For us there are 3 reasons to go to Ray Catena’s; Mercedes Benz, Catena Sales & Service, and Robert Gold More

My most recent experience was one of the best; Catena offered me a montly lease on a new decade. Catena has always treated me as a valued customer. My most recent experience was one of the best; Catena offered me a montly lease on a new Mercedes that was lower than what I was paying on my older Mercedes. Catena's sales representative, Bob Gold, worked the numbers to give me added features on my new car and still maintain a lower monthly lease price. He was knowledgable,thorough and a gentleman throughout our dealings. He made the experience a pleasurable one. More
