Robert Gordon made buying a car enjoyable ! In previous years.....I always dreaded going out to buy a car. Robert Gordon made the whole experience truly enjoyable and stress free. He was patient, extremely informative about our new Buick Encore......explaining everything to us. Also he told us if we had any questions once we got home....to not hesitate to come see him or call him. He gave us a great tour of the Patrick dealership....which was very impressive. We feel that the Patrick dealership...... and in particular, Robert Gordon.......a class act. We will not hesitate to return to the Patrick dealership.......and would definitely seek out Robert again. All dealerships should employ more people......as Robert Gordon. Bill Penfield More

My Purchase July 2016 I just bought a GMC Sierra from Patrick, on my first visit. Bob Gordon was the salesman. He was very helpful in my purchase. I was a sales person in roc for 15 years.. moved Bob Gordon sold my dad a truck today. Usually I would be offended or put off thinking they didn't get the best deal they could have if I still lived i Bob Gordon sold my dad a truck today. I don't andy parents went to Patrick today and bought THIER FIRST..NEW vehicle today from Bob. He treated them perfect and listened to them. My parents have been married 37 years and have always had pre owned. (I just bought preowned and I am in this business), however they called and sent pictures today and I have NEVER seem them more proud and excited. And the told me how great Bob Gordon was to them I had a healthy non jealous feeling, knowing they were well taken care of and they positively couldn't be happier with Patrick, the staff, and how well Bob did for them today! Thanks everyone, its food to know where some of the individual s in this business are you can trust. Great job! More
