Everyone at Tufankjian was pleasant and honest. Erwin Amboy and Matt Ward (I was trying to decide between a new and a used truck) were fabulous to deal with - friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and I came away from the transaction feeling that I got a really fair price. Also, Bob Hadges in Finance was equally pleasant and professional. (By contrast, the Hanover dealership exuded every trait that makes people think poorly of car dealers.) More

After waiting 6 weeks for a 2015 Toyota Highlander, with great anticipation and excitement, I was completely deflated after discovering that the vehicle I expected did not make it to the dealership. I then met Carlos who took extraordinary time and care working with me to restore the integrity of the deal and subsequently my faith in this dealership. As a result of his exemplary Customer Service, although not my first choice, I'm now driving a beautiful, new Highlander that I equally love. Having done our research we then typically visit 2 to 3 dealers and test drive 1 or 2 models. Having dealt with at least 51 salespeople in our car purchasing history we have come to equate the experience with annoyance, stress, bickering and a general sick feeling. That WAS our experience UNTIL we drove into Toyota of Braintree and met Rubens Bourguignon. He was everything we thought a car salesman was not; friendly without being pushy, relaxed, forthcoming and honest. He genuinely made us feel that his primary job was not to sell us a car but to make us enjoy and feel comfortable with the experience. Rubens answered every and all questions and even offered information we had not thought to inquire about. We came in to look and left having purchased a 2015 RAV4. As we drove out of the parking lot my husband and I looked at each other and with a smile on our faces both said "Well that was a pleasant experience". More

This past weekend we went to Tufankjian to test drive the new Toyota Rav4s. Erwin Amboy greeted us very warmly and inviting as soon as we walked into the showroom. He completely understood our needs and was extremely helpful as we discussed what we were looking for. We wound up test driving the only 2015 Rav4 with the new test color, hot lava orange. Awesome color aside, Erwin was very knowledgeable in the operation of the vehicle and guided us through all the bells and whistles it features. We got the best price possible, and purchased the car! Erwin, and Bob Hadges as well, worked to get us through the buying process in the most painless way. I would recommend Tufankjian to any prospective car buyer's and more importantly, direct them straight to Erwin! More
