Everyone working at this dealership was incredibly professional, courteous and nothin dealership based on my recent purchase of a Toyota Highlander. Everyone working at this dealership was incredibly professional, courteous and nothing but helpful...especially Ed Hayes and his manager Bob Keogh. Other dealerships should learn from this that it's all about making the experience as professionally accommodating and painless for the end customer and hey, a sense of humor can go a long way in making the car buying experience much more pleasurable than many have experienced in the past. The entire process was very done very quickly and as I was going to leave, it was detected that the battery seemed somewhat weak. When my husband and I discussed looking for a new car on Saturday, February 8, 2014, we knew exactly where we would go. We went back to Tufankjian Toyota in Braintree. We met Ruben Bourguignon as soon as we arrived. He came up to us and asked how he could assist us. We told him exactly what our thoughts and needs were. We looked at three different models, and test drove two of them. We decided to lease a 2014 Toyota Corolla S (fully equipped). I can't say enough about Ruben, he is friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure that every step of our purchase/lease went smoothly. I think being a return customer speaks volumes.
