The dealership took one month to service my car. I do understand that the part was backordered, but I never once received a call to alert me to the status. My app showed that the part came in, then I do understand that the part was backordered, but I never once received a call to alert me to the status. My app showed that the part came in, then it was almost 10 days after that in which the car was finally ready. When the car was returned, there was damage to the door that was not there before. I did not bother to call the dealership, since I knew it would be too no avail. So one month for the service which I feel was one week too long since it took 10 additional days after receiving the part for the car to be repaired, and my door was damaged. More
