My name is Bob Havey, and my level of service to my clients only starts with the first car I assist you with. In my 21 years in the car business, I have sold several different makes and find Lexus to be the best. I have attended over 50 Lexus and Toyota classes, which is 160 hours of training, to keep me Master Certified in sales. Born and raised in Vermont, I have a Mechanical Engineering degree from Vermont Tech and have been a Hybrid Specialist for Lexus and Toyota, since the first Toyota hybrids came to the U.S. in 1999. My wife Joan is a Columbus native, which is why in 2004 we chose to leave Vermont and venture back to Columbus. Joan and I have four children and three grandchildren. Joan works for Ohio State and we are huge Buckeye fans! The Germain family and I make a good match, with integrity and honesty being our first priority. I pride myself in making the buying experience a pleasurable one and hope to see you soon.

WOW! Bob Havey - what can I say but THANK YOU! Your approach to car sales is very refreshing! I compliment your "layed back" style and product knowledge that found me a QUALITY used car that will fit a approach to car sales is very refreshing! You know the financial struggles we are going threw and yet you treated us like we were buying a $100,000 car from you. You truly treated us like family. When there was a small stereo issue - you went out of your way to make sure my speaker was replaced. Even though- you sure didn't have to- to the point of allowing me to drive your personal car, not once but TWICE when my car was having the speaker installed! Top notch service, great dealership and the right sales person who made us feel like family! That is why I have already referred someone to you and there are many more to come! My sales rep, Bob Havey was very helpful to me and my wife. I had a quite need for another car after my previous was totaled by a fire. I bought my New Lexus here from Bob Havey and had such a great experience with the outstanding service and personal relationships they build, that I came back to buy a used car to drive to work. I have boug great experience with the outstanding service and personal relationships they build, that I came back to buy a used car to drive to work. I have bought 6 new cars in the past 10 years and this is the only time I have returned to a dealership. Bob went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and didnt presure me. They make you feel important everytime you deal with them. If your going to buy a luxury car I highly recommend a Lexus and purchasing it from Bob at Germain Lexus of Easton. More
