Great experience all around. I usually buy private‑party, but I was having a hard time finding what I wanted, so I expanded my search to dealerships. As soon as I saw the ES350 posted, I reached out to Brookfield Lexus and they were immediately responsive. The car had just arrived, so I couldn’t see it right away while it went through inspection and service, but the rep kept me updated and got me access literally the day it came out of the shop (it wasn’t even detailed yet). It was exactly the type of used car you expect from a large, reputable dealer—no surprises, ran great, and in excellent condition. The price was also exceptionally reasonable given the current used‑car market, which made the decision even easier. I took it for a test drive and knew I wanted to buy it. Bob Hill, the salesman, was extremely thorough and made sure everything was taken care of before the car went out. He had the team double‑check a few items and then sent it back to be detailed while we handled paperwork and grabbed food. He kept us updated multiple times and genuinely appreciated our patience during the wait. He offered snacks and drinks, and even shuttled me over to pick up my wife at the rental drop‑off so we could return the car on time. It was a long wait, but the end result made it worth it. This was a 2014 Lexus ES350 with 140k miles, and it came out looking nearly brand new—interior, exterior, engine, everything. We drove the two hours home and it was flawless the whole way. I was impressed. Honestly, my experiences with dealers up until this point haven’t been great, but this stop changed that. I’ll definitely check back in the future. Bob Hill and the service team did excellent work, and this dealership is a premier stop if you’re shopping for a trustworthy used Lexus (or new). More
